The Association of Maintenance and Reliability Practitioners of the Philippines (AMRPP) held its first membership kick-off event with the theme “Building Connections: Uniting for a Common Purpose” on February 25, 2023, at the Royal Kitchen Seascape Village in Pasay City. The event was made possible by the support of our corporate sponsors: Trigon Management, Le Price International, Antech, P.T. Cerna Corporation, and Erudite Reliability Services OPC.
The event was designed to bring maintenance and reliability practitioners together and foster a sense of community and teamwork towards a shared goal. Attendees were able to network, learn, and collaborate with each other, building connections that will help them achieve more than they can as individuals.
The kick-off event was a huge success, with attendees expressing their appreciation for the opportunity to meet other professionals and network with key industry solutions providers. Keynote speeches from AMRPP Board of Trustees, Technology presentation from corporate sponsors, and networking opportunities provided valuable insights and knowledge that attendees can apply to their work in maintenance and reliability.
The BOT provided different perspectives on the industry’s future, with a focus on the impact of emerging technologies and the importance of adapting to changing trends and practices. Vision-Mission and Membership Benefit Program were shared and discussed with the goal to gather more practitioners. One of the highlights of the event was the “Human Bingo” where participants get to know more about their fellow members by asking questions about each other and complete the bingo card. Raffled prizes were also the highlight of the kick-off as participants get to go home with gadgets and goodies from corporate sponsors. An open forum was held to hear what the members look forward to as members of AMRPP.
Attendees also had ample time for networking, which allowed them to connect with other professionals and build relationships that will be beneficial to their careers.
Overall, the AMRPP’s first membership kick-off event was a great success. Attendees left with new insights, relationships, and a sense of purpose, all of which will be invaluable to their work in maintenance and reliability. The AMRPP looks forward to hosting more events in the future, building on the connections and relationships that were established at this event.
